I’ve been coming to Elite dental for years and Dr. Castro and the staff have always been so gentle and passionate about what they do. Every time I walk in, I am welcomed by smiles and Beatrice at the front desk is always super welcoming and kind.

Horrible office, horrible staff. Rude and manipulative. They treat you nice the first time and after they treat you real bad. The receptionist and other staff are always angry, bothered, serious. They ignore your presence in the lobby. Of course, nothing like the first day. They never want to give your receipts and later on act like you never paid(Be careful). They charge and sugar coat that your are getting the best work hence the expensive total. However, once they already charged the money, they want to do the cheapest work. They ruined my mouth, they filed down my good teeth when I was going for 1 tooth. I now have 4 ruined teeth. Not sure what they injected in my gums but now my gums are bad as well. The doctor yelled at me for informing him that they filed down my teeth, very unprofessional. They called me once and I informed that I couldn’t go because I was sick, but they never did the effort to try and reschedule me. Triple think about going to this office. It has been a nightmare.
